We are giving out $1000 (cash or an Amazon gift card) to our top 5 rated mayors (those who created at least one neighBORROW-hood by November 1st. This money will be awarded when we come out of BETA. If we are not out of BETA by the end of the year, we will still give out $500 on December 31st, 2008, and the $500 balance when we come out of BETA.

"Top rated" will be based on the following criteria. (friends, associates, employees, etc of Adam Berk or neighBORROW.com are not eligible for the prize. The list of top mayors will be published on the site for full disclosure when the money is awarded).

For LISTING ITEMS---- .1 points for listing a private item .5 points for listing a public item (maximum of 100 points for listing items)
For MEMBERSHIP---- 1 point for each unique member of a private group of which you are mayor, 5 points for each member of a public group of which you are mayor
For ACTIVITY--- 1 point for each "neighBORROW and return" in a private group of which you are mayor, 5 points for each "neighBORROW and return" in a public group of which you are mayor. (no maximum points for membership and activity)
